DIRECTIONS; Bring some Distilled Water to a boil. Add in your steam and allow mixture to come to a boil, remove from heat and allow to cool to your desired temperature (as hot as you can tolerate, do not burn your face). Place a blanket or towel around you and the pot.
Stand or sit over the pot for you to inhale the steam.
Try to do the steam for 5-10 minutes at minimum once a week, but no more than twice a weeks.
Aftercare: Drink plenty of water!!! In the next few minutes, hours, days, your body will begin to eliminate mucus. It is important that you try your best not to eat any mucus building foods (meat, dairy, eggs, junk food, etc) after steam.
